Good value for the price. Positive: The room is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The apartment is in a great location, with plenty of public transport options nearby. There’s also a Billa just around the corner, making shopping quick and convenient. The access code system is a great, modern touch, and finding the apartment - as well as getting in - was straightforward. Negative: The neighborhood is fairly noisy, especially in the early morning. Around 6 a.m. each day, we were woken by the sound of deliveries being unloaded from a truck into the nearby Billa, right under our window, which was incredibly annoying. Even with earplugs you could hear this, I can't imagine what it must be like without earplugs.

Una brutta esperienza. Positive: Vicino a una fermata nel tram. Negative: Il letto non è matrimoniale ma un 140 cm scarsi. Il divano non è un divano letto e quando l’abbiamo segnalato ci è stato risposto che se ci sono bambini possono mettere delle lenzuola per farli dormire. Impossibile. Quando siamo arrivate c’erano cose sporche in lavastoviglie e sul tavolino sul poggiolo. Quando abbiamo segnalato che i posti letto non erano come richiesti, alle 22 di sera del primo giorno ci è stato detto che ce ne potevano anche andare, offrendoci (bontà loro, facendolo anche come se fosse una enorme concessione) di non farci pagare la penale di cancellazione. Alle 23 di sera eravamo per strada, a cercare un altro posto dove dormire. Casa assolutamente non in linea con la descrizione. La scusa del sofà bed per un bambino poi è quasi surreale. Al momento, tre giorni dopo questo brutto episodio, non abbiamo ancora ricevuto il rimborso per le tasse di soggiorno, pagate a parte.

Ein schönes Wien Erlebnis. Positive: Sehr sauber, angenehm warm, ganz hübsch dekoriert.

City trip wenen Positive: Gemakkelijke ontvangst met codes, snelle respons van de host Negative: In de ochtend de leveringen van supermarkt juist onder het raam

Definitely not worth it Positive: The only pro coin i could give for this apartment is that it has 2 separate rooms. Negative: The bed is extremely uncomfortable, the beedsheets looked a little dirty just right after our arrival with some dirt spots, aswell as the floor looked messy, so i believe the apartment was no cleaned before our arrival (as we booked the apartment on the same day when we arrived). The kitchen is equipped with literally EVERYTHING, so it looked messy and overwhelmed so you even dont have any free space to put your stuff (if you have some) and to cook (maybe for someone it would be a bonus to have everything you might need, but believe me, it was just too much of everything). One more thing which just triggered me - they left us just 1 toilet paper roll for 3 days, and the shower gel in the shower run out in 2 days so we should have bought extra toilet paper and the shower gel🙃
