Positive: Top Lage, öffentlich sehr gut zu erreichen. Nahversorger im Haus. Auch die Aussicht ist Top. Das Appartment ist neu und top eingerichtet. Alle digitalien Medien funktionieren sehr gut. Negative: Der angepriesene Pool ist ohne Eigeninitiative nicht zu finden. Infos hierzu fehlen komplett. Der Erstzugang zum Aufzug über Code funktioniert leider nur wenn nicht zeitgleich andere Bewohner den Aufzug rufen. Es ist dann nicht nachvollziehbar welche Tür sich für wen öffnet. Wenn es immer der Aufzug C ist, dann bitte in der Info ergänzen.

Positive: This apartment was pure excitement for us! It’s new, spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything is smartly equipped – you have everything you need without feeling cluttered. The “Smart Home” system takes a bit of getting used to, but it’s also a lot of fun! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking, and the entire building feels secure and luxurious, with a spacious, elegant lobby and plenty of room downstairs. The location is a dream – right next to the U-Bahn station, just 7 minutes to the city center, and only a 5-minute walk to the Vienna International Center. You really can’t beat it! Patrik, the host, was fantastic – responsive, clear, and incredibly helpful. I had a few extra questions, and he always replied patiently and kindly with all the details I needed. Thank you, Patrik! Next time I need to find place in Vienna for my guests, this apartment will be my first choice. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
