BOHO Studio, Augarten City Apartment

great experience! Positive: the apartment generally came as described. location was great, super close to everything you need. apartment is very sleek and modern. the bed and bathroom were perfect! Negative: - asked multiple times for the possibility of an earlier check-in. all messages sent by the host were super robotic and pre-written (not bad by any means but please just reply to your texts next time) - expected a balcony view according to the listing, instead our apartment was based in the lower ground floor and had a view of a staircase and the next door apartment's window - a very small fly bothered us throughout our entire stay, not sure where it came from - kitchen soap dispenser was disgusting and we didn't want to use it at all, also a mug was still dirty before we used it

Für eine Nacht gings grad. Positive: Sehr nette Reinigungskraft die äußerst hilfsbereit war. Negative: Es war in der Anzeige nicht klar ersichtlich dass es im souterrain war ! Dadurch auch kein handyempfang im Zimmer .Wäre sehr fair das anzugeben. Klopapier wurde auf Nachfrage nachgeliefert. Am Boden waren Fußabdrücke. Tischbeine wackelig usw Für eine Nacht ging’s grad.

Great stay, clean and has everything needed. Positive: The apartment was easy to get into, Patrik responded quickly. The bed was comfortable. Shower room was great. The amenities where great, there was nothing missing! The shop was literally around the corner. There is public transport close by. Take 20-30 mins to get into the centre. Negative: None.

Positive: The room was clean and spacious, furnished with modern, comfortable pieces. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help. The overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, making my stay truly pleasant.

Positive: We liked that there were a lot of things, e.g., a hairdryer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, clothes steamer, but also dishwashing gel, laundry capsules, some biscoff cookies and many more! It made the stay much more enjoyable because we didn't have to worry about these things and having to buy them and thus could focus on the trip itself! Overall this apartment felt really cosy and comfy - after all day of walking around Vienna we were more than happy to come back there to take some rest before the next day. We highly recommend this apartment! Negative: Everything was brilliant!
